"The top most button allows you to quickly save a new version of the currently active show. It will also automatically select the newly created show as the default show, both for the current edit session and for the next return to the Sinfonia Player. If you plan on doing any editing, it's a good idea to save multiple versions of your show. This way, if there's a problem or you make a mistake, you can easily return to a previous or alternate version."
