"The 'CUTOFF' key will cut off a held or paused note, while keeping The Sinfonia in 'PLAY' mode (this is how the 'CUTOFF' key is different than the 'STOP' key). This is the recommended way to cutoff a chord held by the 'PAUSE' key. Hitting the 'TAP' or 'GO' key after hitting the 'CUTOFF' key will resume play.
