Thanks for using RMS Mix!

This document is for users who want to use RMS Mix on desktop computers and laptops (MacOS and Windows).

 

Instructions for General Users:

1. Upon purchase of RMS Mix, we will send the booking's point person an email with unlock instructions. Make sure you have this document in an electronic format, like a forwarded email.

2. Click the Unlocking Instructions link in the email.

3. Click the Access Link in the unlocking instructions.

4. If asked, log in to your RMS account.

5. You should receive a message confirming successful registration to the booking.

6. Launch RMS Mix.

7. If you get a 'no available content' message, click the Show Management button. (If prompted, log-in with the same method as you did with the Access Link.)

8. Otherwise, if presented with a Purchase or Unlock button option, click it. (If prompted, log-in with the same method as you did with the Access Link.)

9. If you already retrieved show content through the installer or running the Get Shows utility, you should now be unlocked.

10. If you do not yet have content, you can access it through Show Management. Step 7 above may have already taken you there. Alternatively, select menu Tools → Show Management from the trial version player window.

11. At this point, you should see your show listed as one of the available options. Drill inside to download the content and begin using RMS Mix.
