Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to www.rms.biz,

www.rehearslliveshare.com (collectively, the "Websites"), Realtime Music Solutions, LLC and governs

data collection and usage therefrom and through use of related software services including Sinfonia, RMS

Coach, RMS Keyboards, RMS Mix, RMS Creator, Sides, and Rehearsal Live Share (collectively,

"Services"). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Realtime

Music Solutions, LLC, RMS, its Websites, and its Services. The Websites are news and information sites.

The Services are software services marketed, delivered, and administered through the Websites. By using

the Websites and/or Services, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

RMS may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. We may gather additional

personal or non-personal information in the future.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by RMS. This

addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and

to provide general statistics regarding use of the RMS website.

note that if you request deletion of your personal information, you may no longer be able to use or access

the Services, and if you share devices with someone else who uses the Services, that person may lose

related account information and access. If you decide to use or access the Services again, RMS may

consider this a new Account and may collect personal information associated with that Account in

accordance with this Privacy Policy.
