I received my unlock code, but it's not working. What should I do?

If you're trying to unlock Sinfonia or RMS Keyboards, please try the following:
Make sure you are unlocking the same computer that was used to submit the unlock request. Each code is computer specific and will only work on one computer. If you want to unlock a different computer, please submit a new unlock request from that computer.
If you have downloaded more than one show, make sure the correct show is loaded when you unlock. You won't be able to unlock Hairspray, for example, if Evita is the currently loaded show. Launch the Trial version and select File --> Open to switch shows, if necessary.
Copy and paste the code from the original unlock email. This will prevent typos that could occur when entering the code manually.
