Our policy is to process orders within one business day. This means you should expect an invoice for new orders within a business day or an additional unlock code within one business day. Your first unlock code should arrive within one business day of payment. We are often much faster, however you should leave yourself time between requesting a code and when you need to use it, particularly during the busy Fall and Spring musical season when orders are at a higher volume. We are open 10 am to 6 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday, so codes requested off-hours will typically arrive during the late morning of the next business day.
