Know that updating our software will not affect any changes/edits/customizations you've made to your show. That said, of you'd like to make a backup of your edits, here's how you can do so.
Now, to begin the update process, please close out the RMS program you're using.
Next, go to the Downloads folder on your computer and delete any/all RMS installers that exist there.
If you're unsure how to find your Downloads folder, here's how for both Windows and Mac.
Then, come back to this page and select your software below to download the latest installer.
Finally, run the installer - the new version will overwrite the old but again, none of your previous show edits will be lost.
You may need to re-unlock the software after this step (using your order number) but it will not count against your total unlocks.
If you're using one of our mobile apps like RMS Mix or RLS (iOS/Android/Chromebook) simply go to the store where you downloaded the app and click the "Update" button. This would be the App Store for iOS and the Google Play store for Android/Chromebook.
