I received a message about problems logging in. What can I do?
Usually this means there was a problem creating a secure connection between your computer and our RMS Cloud service. This can happen for a variety of reasons. Sometimes it's because of third party security software on your computer. Sometimes there are restrictions on the network you use to access the Internet. Sometimes a component of the installation didn't complete.
We'll need more information to troubleshoot effectively. Please submit a Feedback Report from the app.
Within any program, select menu Tools → Report a Problem or Send Feedback.
