Certain Windows 10 machines enable a heavy zoom that cuts off software display.

Go to your display settings and adjust the zoom level. Sometimes 125% or even 150% is recommended by the operating system, but this can lead to programs like ours being cut off. Pull the Zoom level down to fix the issue.
